3. Reservations for the TJ's Shuttle schedule specifically for the TJ's Tuban to Lovina route for departures at 03:00 are made no later than 20:00 the previous day. Example: TJ's Tuban - Lovina Saturday at 03:00 is made no later than 1 day before, namely on Friday at 20:00.
4. Reservations for other TJ's Shuttle schedules can be made at the latest 2 hours before departure time.
5. Inform passengers to standby at the place of departure 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
6. Infant >23 months Free while on lap Adult
7. Children > 24 months are charged at normal cost
8. No pets allowed
9. Cancellation above 15 days before departure is subject to a 25% charge fee
10. Cancellation of H-14 to H-5 days before departure is subject to a 50% Charge fee
11. Cancellation from H-4 until the day of departure will be charged 100%.
